Kings Mistress operates solely as an introduction platform. The fees and deposits we collect are for our time spent screening, arranging, and confirming the introduction between you and an independent self-employed Companion. Because of the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of this service, refunds are extremely limited.

1. Deposits (Advance Payments)

• Deposits are non-refundable once the Companion has formally accepted and reserved the date/time exclusively for you.

• If you cancel or change the booking (for any reason) with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full deposit is forfeited.

• In the rare event that the Companion cancels or is unable to attend through no fault of yours, we will either:

  a) arrange a suitable replacement acceptable to you, or

  b) refund the deposit in full within 5 working days.

• Deposits are also refunded in full if we are unable to provide any Companion at all for the requested time (very rare).

2. Fees Paid Directly to the Companion

All remaining payment is made in cash (or a pre-agreed method) directly to the Companion at the beginning of the appointment.

Any dispute about services rendered, early departure, or dissatisfaction with the meeting must be resolved privately between you and the Companion. Kings Mistress has no control over, and accepts no liability for, what happens once the introduction has been made. We are therefore unable to issue refunds for money already paid to the Companion.

3. Situations Where No Refund Will Be Given

No refund (or only a partial courtesy refund at our sole discretion) will be provided if:

• You cancel or attempt to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice

• You are late and the Companion is unable or unwilling to extend the booking

• You fail to attend a confirmed appointment (no-show)

• The Companion ends the booking early due to your behaviour, hygiene issues, intoxication, disrespect, or requests for services she does not offer

• You simply change your mind or are dissatisfied with the Companion’s appearance, personality, or services (subjective disappointment)

• Minor differences exist between photos/descriptions and reality (e.g., new hairstyle, tattoo, small weight fluctuation)

4. Technical Issues or Website Errors on Our Side

If a booking cannot proceed because of an error made by Kings Mistress (e.g., double-booking, incorrect rate quoted and already paid), we will refund any deposit or fee paid to us in full within 5 working days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Any valid refund request must be made by email to info@barenakedpixels.com within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time, clearly stating:

• Your name and booking reference

• Date and time of the intended booking

• Reason for the refund request

We aim to process legitimate refunds within 5 working days back to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider will result in you being permanently blacklisted from using our services and, where appropriate, recovery costs being pursued.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
